Get directionsI still give them a five star, even though the first time I went in with chest pains, they sent me home saying that it was only side affects of diabetes. (Which I didn’t know I had) the second time I came in with chest pains, having a heart attack, the were very quick getting me into surgery. The ICU nurse (Beth) was the greatest. She was always in there checking on me to make sure I was comfortable, since I could not move at all for 12 hours after the surgery.
My mother was admitted for the "flu". Six days in the hospital, with 3 different doctors, and NO ONE bothered to speak with the Medical POA to verify current meds. Six days of administering a med that had been discontinued MONTHS ago because they made her pass out! Six days WITHOUT her CURRENT meds. They said she needed to go to rehab because she needed IV antibiotics, yet Eunice (her case worker) could not explain why she didn't ACTUALLY have orders for an IV nor could she explain WHY none of the doctors had spoken with her... read more
I came to the ER for high blood pressure and they said I had a 20K balance. I’ve only visited this ER once before and I received a single steroid shot. One shot and I owe 20k? No I don’t think so. I’ll never come to this facility again. They’re just capitalizing off of your problems.
They treated my boyfriend with such kindness and compassion. He went in for kidney stones and was in extreme pain. They ended up keeping him and gave him some mess to help pass the stone naturally, avoiding surgery. Needless to say, he was treated so well by all the hospital staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
This is a GREAT Place. The Pre- Opt nurse Ms. Fern was AMAZING.. Answered all our questions and did a great job. Very pleased with the service.
The pre op nurse Fern was a very sweet lady that answered all my questions and even came by my room to see how I was after my surgery. The Day surgery nurses were very good to me and my family (Especially the nurse Marina) The nurses at the 5 floor was very sweet and nice.
Brought my mother to an appointment here to have lab tests read. Appointment was for 11:30 and we didn't get seen until 1:30 pm. Not only that, we waited another 30 minutes and were seen at 2pm- they charged her a $40 copay for this. The front desk receptionists didn't bother to at least keep an update. Just dawdling on their phones or ignoring patients. If it's going to be a "slow" day - inform the patients of the wait time or at least acknowledge them. Being a nurse myself, I wouldn't commend that office for customer servi... read more
Excellent from start to finish! Especially my nurses and Dr Parik. You all just do great and I would refer this hospital to anyone!!
Didn't really do much since the nerve block/numbing shot didn't work. Basically soak my toe, gave me some pills, and sent me home. Toenail looks like crap, hurts like heck, and I feel like they just kinda brushed me off because I don't have insurance.
