Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The doctor was late the nurse named Fern in day surgery was absolutely rude. No bedside manners at all..�� she yelled at my mother and my sister.
I come here to the clinic to get My thyroid checked,well let me say the Dr is very unprofessional & rude & the nursing staff they have is also rude.. Not one will say Hi how are you today or even smile.. Wish I could go back to Baylor the Dr their was great,always taking her time never in a rush & always with a smile & as for the nursing staff they were awesome & quick to call you on your results & would let you know if you had to come in.. Looking for another facility to go to soon.
Wife was scheduled to be here @ 5:30 am to check in for back surgery ( laminactomy). We arrived on time and she begin doing paper work. In no time she was taken back and her doctor came out & everything was explained to us. Surgery went well, she's recovering. Not a bad experience from anyone.
Everyone was really nice, had knee surgery. They took the time to explain everything that was going to happen. Cause I was really scared. They did take a while to get me in. But other than that, it good.
