RecommendedThe staff were outstanding. Treatment was great. They performed their task as if they cared, not just a job.
The staff lacks compassion. They do the bare minimum! When I pressed the call button, no one answered or came to the room. My mom Is bed ridden and also has dementia. I was there for an hour and half and no one stopped by to check on her. I hope and pray she NEVER has to stay here again!!
El personal muy atento y profesional... yo me perdí por un pasillo y Dr me llevo hasta el lugar indicado y perdón, pero fue algo increíble.
The staff was more then I ever expected nice and there for you as if no one else was there. They all attended to the Patient one on one which was a good thing. And Dr. Robert was the best and I he and his staff are excellent people I’m glad that they helped me out and hope this will be the last thing I have to do if not I’ll be in for surgery and very happy that the staff would be a part of it also
All the Staff were Very nice and caring from pre- registration to the Day Surgery staff My Nurse Uzo kept me and My Daughter in GOOD Spirits and the Nurses that were with Me doing My procedure were AWESOME and the anesthesiologists were AWESOME and My Dr.FARBOD MASROUR
Letty in registration is the best, I took my friend in for a scheduled procedure. There was a mix up from the doctors office and She wasn’t actually on the schedule. Letty made several calls and went above and beyond. I was so glad she was our first encounter. I don’t think my friend would have gotten added to the schedule if it had not been for Letty. She is a genuine good person. The outpatient center staff were friendly and helpful too.
no comment, ill see in a few days my appmt is on thur. at 9am. been waiting to get appmt since may its now aug. dr moved no tel working, had to go another way around but never got back to me. in new building now, its our family doctor, had spec. but was dropped in may. never want to see him again. need to check on all these foreigner drs. rude, & brazen. had great service in the main hospital clinics are another thing.
Great service, from triage to dismissal, the level of care in the ER and in the hospital is superior.
