Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. This hospital is why more and more mom's are choosing home births. We were waited on time we got there very good service in and out in about two and half hours very good doctors and nurse's took time to explain everything to us and called to follow up to see if we were getting better. Thanks Medical City.

It was so bad I waited a ridiculous amount of time for them to give me no information I went in with pains in my side and I really thought it was a gall bladder infection and they took an ultrasound which was supposed to take 90 minutes to review and after three hours I went back to the front to ask them what was taking so long and they said that they were waiting to take a blood test and urine test which was going to take up to another hour maybe hour and a half no one ever came to get me no one ever came and did the blood ... read more
They definitely treat noninsurance patients diffrent....all they do is just look and make a opinion. No Test or nothing!! Horrible!!
