You have an oncologist that has a phobia about examining patients. And is worried about getting to the next patient. So visits are short. A radiologist that has techs with no form of compassion or empathy. You go to them with a pain problem during treatment. They just say "get over it". This hospital is a for profit hospital. It's all about the money, not the patient.

I had a procedure done at the outpatient surgery center. Everything was great. I arrived at my scheduled time. Was greeted immediately and professionally. The registration process was speedy. I was in and out within 2 hours. Everyone I came in to contact with was friendly and professional. I have worked in a hospital and operating room of two different hospitals so I am very judgmental and opinionated of hospitals and staffing. MCD excelled!
My husband had 2 hip replacements. The service is excellent! Every step of the way we were well informed, and taken care of. Kindness, compassion and true caring was experienced from walking in the door to walking out the door. I got lost and a staff member walked with me from A building all the way to E building. She made sure I knew where I was before she left. Great place, worth the 2 hour drive to get there. We won't go any place else.
Medical City Dallas is one of the friendliest hospitals I ever experienced. From the doctors office, to admitting, to ekg and lab, everyone was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I am blessed to have the one of the best surgeons in the Metroplex caring for me. Highly recommend Medical City Dallas.

I have been to many hospitals in the past, I prefer Medical city because the entire staff is courteous, from the time you walk into the door until you leave, every one of them offers assistance and is concerned about your wellbeing, I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs Medical help
I had two appointments yesterday, drove in from Arkansas and received prompt attention and great care from my two doctors, Dr Arun Badi and Dr. John Matthews.
I had an MRI done yesterday, great people, my appt was at 4:45 close to 5 I asked what time do y'all close, I was told when the last person has been seen, I haven't heard that in years, come to think of it don't think Iv ever heard that before. Love it
