It's was a good experience..1st time there..Very neat and cool rooms. Staff was kind.
Every time a family member or myself havean emergency, we rush to Medical City ER. Wait time isnt too long and everyone is very professional! Definitely a hospital i would recommend!
My fiance & I had our daughter Lily here. Every single member of the staff was kind, courteous & professional. They put us at ease from the beginning. Truly the best & most positive hospital experience we've ever had.

The Drs & Nurses have been treating my mom & family with care & concern especially her nurses because i know my mother can be very needy and impatient
My son had surgery there yesterday and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was an easy hospital no navigate and everything we needed was accessible.
The staff was great even the custodians. Only complaint I have was the wait time from the exam room (we got in the exam room at 3:00pm) to the actual room (we got to the room at 9:30pm). The nurses went above and beyond, said sorry everytime they woke up my daughter, held conversations and answered any question i had. If they didnt know the answer then they would find out for me. Awesome job!
