Don't go to the ER because you might die! The staff is cynical, sarcastic, down right rude and lack the empathy required to be considered medical professionals. They were more concerned with my mother's eye infection than her liver failing. Then because her insurance declined due to her disability status they attempted to send her to Parkland. The research staff is so knowledgeable and reassuring! They explain everything so it's easy to understand & really try to keep you informed about what's going on.
My stay was very pleasant , staff was awesome and i recemend this hospital to anyone that like professionalism
The nurses were amazing with my newborn, she had heart surgery! They were great with my husband and myself also very caring people great hospital!! Loved it
I went for an MRI which for me is a challenge cuz I'm claustrophobic. My tech was so understanding and gentle with me. I was even crying prior to going in. But she gave me an eye mask and put headphones on me with my preference of music contemporary Christian and I saw nothing and lost myself in the music. I was calm and was able to do the 30 mins needed to be in that machine. I share this experience because I'm sure there are plenty of people that feel the same way. Is good but not all the times it depends who is working that day on this visit we have good experience every one was good.
Just had a hip replacement at Medical City' joint replacement center. Surgery was by Dr. Charles Rutherford. He, his staff, and the hospital staff were excellent. I walked the day of my surgery and spent only one night in the hospital. Excellent in every respect.
We are super impressed with the care and staff at Memorial Medical Center. Beautiful facilities, competent, pleasant, friendly, accessible, approachable, helpful professional, paraprofessional and all levels of ancillary staff.
I loved my visit at medical city. I know I am in good hands on my surgery date. Great and professional employees. They were all friendly and informative throughout my pre-admission visit. Julian the admission staff member was great he was friendly and answered all my questions that I had. The lady that was in the front don't know her name was very friendly and was telling my she was very sorry for me having to wait for my blood work orders which was not nor medical city fault.
