Horrible experience- they used a dremmel on my cuticles for a normal manicure- next day they were red swollen, bleeding and oozing. Concerned about the cleanliness of the tools and that they did not clean the basin after my pedicure. As a nurse this deeply concerns me and the risk of infection. Their policy is no refunds - do not go there!
A friend of mine recommended DBL and I'm so glad she did. I've never loved my nails as much as I do now. The salon is gorgeous and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
I recently went to Dallas Beauty lounge one week ago to get a full set poly gel. It has only been ONE WEEK and one of my nails fell off! Their policy is only if this happened 72 hours after you could get it fixed for free. 100 dollar nails should last more than 72 hours in the first place!! It’s ridiculous and I do not recommend spending 100 dollars on nails that are going to fall off.
I would wait a whole year to get my hair cut because I would have a difficult time finding a stylist who listened to what I wanted and not what they thought. Finally after months of living in Pittsburgh I used the gift card my sister in law got me and went to see Shyann at the Bridgeville location. Needless say I am pleased to find someone who was patient and willing to listen to what I wanted. I will for sure be coming back. Thank you ladies for everything.
It took me forever to get into the salon but I’m so happy I did!! Shyann was absolutely AMAZING!! She really knows her blondes! It’s so nice to have such a great salon right down the street!! You girls rock!! Thank you so much❤️❤️
Awesome and friendly service! Only been there twice and both Courtney and Amanda did a fabulous job! I’m just sorry I didn’t book sooner for a Xmas nail appointment
