They were much more courteous on the phone than any of the three other contractors I called about our broken window. None of the other three contractors said they could send someone out to do a free estimate. They wanted me to agree to an estimate over the phone after I measured the window and described it to them. Not Dallas Bath and Glass! They were willing to come to my house to see the needed glass replacement, give me an accurate estimate, stick to it, and also do an excellent job on the window. Asked them to come to my home for an estimate of broken glasses on my windows. They came out the next day and measured the size of the glasses and given me the quote with 10% off through service magic (all free, while other guy wants to charge me $20 upfront). I had them order the glasses and install within a week. Very happy with their quick, friendly and honest service. I highly recommended Dallas Bath and Glass to anyone who in need window repair or replace.
I sent Dallas bath and Glass to take care of some windows at a rent house I manage. The resident was pleased with the service they provided and the office staff is courteous and kept me well informed. I have already called and asked them to take care of another house.
