had to call to make sure window arrived and again to get date when install would happen, all other aspects of service were very good. showed up when scheduled and price was what was quoted.

Fantastic service. Came out immediately to give a bid, removed broken glass (without being asked, and before they'd even been selected to do the work). Constantly in contact. Offered to install replacement on a Saturday at no extra cost. Extremely professional, cost competitive. Would absolutely use them again, in fact wouldn't bother to look any place else.
Patrick came by to personally measure my windows. I only had two broken ones that needed to be replaced. The windows were ordered on March 13, 2009 and were installed March 27, 2009. Not a real quick turn around you might be thinking but I told them I wasnt in a big rush. 5 days is what they quoted me on the glas fabrication. Looks really clean; the whole job.
