Work was done fast and well, no problems at all with the tech. However, the office gal is extremely rude and seemingly does not understand corp billing proceedures in the least. Totally unimpressed with her professionalism.

After 21 days we followed up as we had not received payment and were told that we needed to fill out additional paperwork for your corporate records. We did so and still have not received payment.
