The windows on this project were not the normal fair found in this area, but the team from Dallas Bath & Glass tackled them professionally and did a great job. I am very pleased with their work and the individuals that performed the installation. I would recommend Dallas Bath & Glass to anyone needing their services.

I went with Dallas Bath and Glass for 2 reasons: 1) Their courteous, professional representative carefully took apart my window and examined the frame in order to determine why my bedroom window had cracked for the second time in 6 months, and 2) Their bid was over $100 LESS than their competitor's, whose representative only eye-balled the cracked window in order determine the measurements for replacement glass. They were very responsive and good to deal with. We did run into an issue where the glass company that supplies the glass made a few errors on our project which required Dallas Bath and Glass to come out multiple times to complete the install. They did make sure that their supplier fixed the problems and that everything was done to our satisfaction. Their service was very good and they were very pleasant to deal with. We would use them again and would recommend them to our friends.
They showed up when they said they would. A major plus in my book. Courteous and professional. An excellent company to do business with.
I would highly recommend Dallas Bath and Glass and plan on using them again in the future. Not only was their pricing reasonable...but they showed up early, got the work done and it looked great.
Got a call from the service rep (Michelle) the first day I put in my request. Very professional on the phone and accomodating to my schedule. Quote was prompt and delivered within the timeline discussed. Work was also completed wthin the timeline discussed. Very smooth!!
