Great ice cream cake!
I am documenting a customer service incident at the Dairy Queen located at 1024 Fletcher Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46203, and I am requesting review by Dairy Queen Corporate. I purchased three mini Blizzards and paid in cash. All three appeared noticeably lower than what I receive at other Dairy Queen locations. When I asked about the portion size, an employee took the cups back without lids, and the employee later identified as Alissa came to the window. Showed up 25 minutes before close and sat in the drive through behind three cars. The car behind us pulled off, walked to the front to order and walked away with his order before anyone at the window acknowledged us. The last car in front of us drove off at close so we pulled to the window and knocked since no one had acknowledged us sitting there. No answer.
