It seems like everyone is having the same issues with the bad customer service and bad greeting. Apparently management is not doing anything about it. I had the same issue today where I was told I had to order through the drive through which made no sense. There were only two cars in the drive through and they couldn’t help me when I went walking to get there. How was I supposed to go through the drive through. Apparently they need to hire new staff. This is insane.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. The immediate attitude from the workers is so unsettling I would never spend another penny here. Corporate should seriously consider stepping in.

I've stopped here once a week for the last three weeks on my way home from getting groceries between 7pm-8pm. Service is always fast and the staff is always nice. I use the Dairy Queen app to earn points and use rewards! Thank you!

Went today at 5pm and sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the workers that I was there. I could see and hear them just chatting with each other, complete disregard for customers waiting in line. There wasn’t anyone at the walk up so they weren’t busy. I ended up leaving cause I didn’t have time to be ignored. Don’t recommend this place.
