I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The employees were dismissive, unprofessional, and treated me with a lack of respect throughout my visit. They repeatedly pretended not to hear or understand me, which resulted in my order being incorrect. Instead of trying to fix the mistakes, they acted as if the confusion was my fault.
