The customer service is very very bad. After purchase of the product, they don't respond to customers anymore. I have been trying to reach customer service for a week and there is no response.
Missing items no communication from seller after several days
I purchased a Moto 360 smart watch from Dailysteals, and it worked for a week. Then it screen went fuzzy. Finally it turned foggy so it had no face. I emailed dailysteals and waited from Thursday morning until Tuesday morning and heard nothing from them. I am still waiting to hear and it's been over 72 hours, which is the longest time frame possible. They say normally 24 hours. Don't believe it. What a great experience! I wasn't sure about the features in the product that I was going to buy, I sent an email with my questions and customer service help me all the way.
Still in Limbo. Will never recommend this business. I ordered a computer and they not only sent the wrong one, the one they sent had a cracked camera but also had a white blob on the screen. I let it slide as people make mistakes but it has been weeks now and each day they are trying to figure out where they and their supplier made the mistake. Wife bought me moto 360 v1. Dud watch can't hold a charge for over 1 hr. Emailed within two days, then again five days later. No response. The "steals" seem to be happening in the wrong direction.
Iphone 4S units were great..cosmetics looked great..everything actually has been great so far! Thanks again!
