You all are so full of $@/t. This site is a bunch of scam artists, terrible customer service, no contact info and literally have drop down responses for everything. Ive actually received same response from two different people. And I mean a long, 3 paragraph response that is EXACT in every letter.
Purchased Refurb Iphone 6S 128 gb. Was a little nervous that the phone I ordered would be heavily used. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. Phone was as good as new. Still had the plastic cover on the screen that appeard new. Phone works perfectly and I am a very happy customer. Thanks You DailySteals, I will purchase from you in the future

Company has serious product and service issues. Has for years and continues today. Many fake/employee 5 star reviews here will not change the fact that they bait and switch, then refuse the exchange or return of product or money. I purchased the unlocked iphone 6 at a very reasonable price and was pleased with the speed of delivery. BUT after a few days of use, I noticed how terrible the battery was. For example, within 43 minutes in low power mode, the battery dropped from 72% to 16%! the phone was useless. After owning the phone for three days I contacted customer care and was offered two options. DailySteals has improved tremendously over the last year specifically. I have ordered from them a few times and had only good experiences .
I have purchased multiple times and most times I have had issues and had to phone to complete the order. This time I am on vacation in Italy and purchased the item because the deal will be over before my plane lands at home. They decide without contacting me that there was FRAUD and cancels my order! Of course they could have contacted me to ask if I had placed the order but couldn't be bothered. Also once cancelling my order I lose access to the refunded money for 5 to 7 business days! I am not impressed!
Beware of these guys, slow to no responses unless you post a negative review. You pay for one thing and get something else instead. I bought a Microsoft Surface with type cover. Arrived without a type cover took forever to get a response from the seller, I asked for an RMA instead of the type cover that costs $150 they shipped some after market no name $30 part. I am going to dispute the transaction with PayPal and suggest everyone else does the same.
