Your service your procedure replacing A low beam headlight bulb costing your customers over $150 and not approaching GM head office of a much simpler way of replacing this bulb taking no longer then 15 minutes. Removing the front bumper is totally ridiculous! After numerous calls to both Jim Browne and GM Corporate resulting with them following procedure set out by Corporate, makes the customers feel we are at your mercy on repairs.
