Their service department is not very good, when they can't figure out whats wrong with a vehicle they just start doing repairs until they can't anymore. I still don't think they have figured out what is wrong with my truck, and when i picked it up it now has a dead battery.
RecommendedWonderful experience - don't waste your time at other dealers in the area. I shopped several and even tried going through Costco. Jim Browne is a smaller dealer with exceptional service. When I go there I always get the best service and feel appreciated
I love my car; the sales man was awesome. The service center I’ve been to better. But the warranty is good. This is the first dealership I’ve taken my car to for service who doesn’t complementary wash and vacuum your car. That is the biggest complaint I have.

Very professional and friendly. They were able to accommodate my recall in the express lane and my vehicle was completed sooner than expected
I purchased my 2013 Dodge Dart brand new and have always had excellent service. John Whitaker (manager) goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy when my car needs service. My service writer Macy is very sweet and is very pleasant. Very professional business and I say keep up the great job.
