RecommendedJoe was amazing in finding the Pacifica we wanted. The car was not in Dade City but Joe went and picked it up in Tampa for us. He was honest and professional and was not forceful at all. Before we took the car off the lot Joe took time with us to go over all the details of the car. Joanna in finance was also personable and friendly. I will admit this was the easiest car buying experience I have had. I would highly recommend Jim Brown Dade City.

I bought a used jeep campass 2017 and am very happy with it. There were a few things that needed replacing like the radio had a problem with the screen and they replaced the whole radio. The ride could be smoother and they have done a front end alignment and balance and seeing if that helps. My over all experience with Scott, Gene, Aaron and the staff has been great. I have waited for my jeep and the lobby is large, bright, and clean with cable and wi-fi.
