I had my Dodge Ram serviced. Jim Browne gives excellent service! I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Outstanding folks to work with. My salesman, Travis, was very helpful and responsive. When we had a small accident on the lot, the dealership jumped right in and took care of the repairs at their expense. I highly recommended this dealership.
I just had some tires put on last week. They were efficient and didn't break the bank. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of additional services which was nice.
No one really seems to like their jobs. Slow to wait on you. (Talking to friends seems more important). Vehicle in for repair but they can’t give you an estimate on when to get it back. Basically just slow and seems they don’t like to work
Had my truck serviced. Very friendly and courteous. However, for what service costs Jim Browne should wash customer vehicles when done. Some dealers provide a wash as part of service.
Had our vehicle towed in on Sunday. I call Monday morning and told them my problems. They called me back within a few hours gave an estimate and what they were going to do. Scott called just a little bit later and said it was ready Scott was very professional and personal keep us up do date on the progress Very happy with Jim Browne Chrysler. Thanks for getting us back on the road.
