Terrible business. Go somewhere else
Get everything in writing before you hand them your money, we paid in full by check. Promise of walk-through upon delivery by salesman was not kept. When I complained to owner Dennis,of it I was told "Well we don't look behind tvs." He did say he would have it taken care of it and again I took him at his word. The story in short: Upon delivery there were electrical issues. It was delivered at 4:30 pm even though we were promised a morning delivery to get it hooked up before sunset at 4:59 on Dec 11th. Outstanding Service. Bought our Toy Hauler from Dad's Camper Outlet last month and it was a great buying experience. Everyone there are friendly and knowledgeable. We have had two camping trips so far. My wife and I were camping about 65 miles from their dealership, so when it was time to leave, I towed the camper to Dad's to have a minor issue taken care of.
