Awful service. Very dismissive. Unwilling to take accountability for shoddy work. The lady at the front desk was incouragble. Completely unaware of what her job actually is
Beautiful and delicate work by Sofia. Highly recommend the salon and the technician!!!
This is not a typical nail spa where you go to relax and get pampered. This is the type place where the technician is on her phone all the time while she’s working talking loudly and when she’s not, she’s having a friend or a cousin nearby chit chatting and gossiping with. You’re not treated as a valuable customer, no sorry when you’re hurt and no thoughtfulness.
