the staff @ D-Town were super friendly and took care of me during the entire process of getting my car fixed. i was called every 2 days to get an update of the repairs. D-Town's rebate program definitely helped me out a great deal. My deductible is $1000 and because the damage to my car was not extensive, the rebate was $200. James @ D-Town even let me pay off the $800 in 3 payments! THANKS so much y'all! hopefully i never get into another accident, but if i do, i'm bringing my car to D-Town.

Most Awesome Body Shop Ever! – I recently had a fender bender on my Kia Sorento when Austin was hit with massive thunderstorms. I called around to get estimates to have the repairs done and I needed my vehicle within a quick turn around as I was heading out of the city for a 4th of July celebration. Everywhere I called wanted just about $750-$800 more than what D-town quoted me. I took my suv to the south location and they repaired my vehicle in three days flat and provided me a loaner car. Worst Body Shop EVER!!!!!!! – DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!! Save yourself the hassle. These reviews are dead on. The good reviews are obviously by someone associated with the company. This body shop needs to be investigated. There is a reason for all the negative feedback. AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE THERE!!!!!!!

TAKE $500 & THE JOKE WILL BE ON U. NEVER AGAIN – I'm so serious ...body shops like this need to burn in HELL.. What may sound good is not always good for you! Like that quik $500....This body shop repaired my SUV with used parts. EVERYTHING USED even screws where reused. Not only that when THEY called me to come pick up my car, inside my car was this panel piece with screws on the floor of my car that hadn't been put on so i had to wait add'l minutes for them to place it back. TERRIBLE SERVICE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We had a terrible experience with these guys!!! Poor customer service and very poor quality work....I would never refer them to my worse enemy!!!! We had a dent due to a blow out--We were told by Ricky that it would take 7 to 10 days---3 weeks later after much bickering-D-Town was going to deliver our truck to us in Georgetown, 20 miles down the road. Outstanding Service – During the time I choose to use D Town Body shop to repair my car I was in alot of distress due to the amount of damage my car recieved from the bad hail strom. I knew the decision to take my car to D town was great once i went in to have a consultation with the shop manager I really felt at ease. Great Body Shop – My overall experience at D Town Body Shop was excellant, the service was prompt and professional. When I spoke to the staff expressing my questions or concerns about my vehicle they made sure to answer them extensively. worst service ever – dtown body shop is the worst, they have had my car for over three months, put new parts on after i told them the engine was bad. they put on the body parts only to total it out, now they want me to pay for the parts or they wont release the car to my leinholder, people are very rude and the so called manager hung up on my wife, Do not use this place, they are awful.. worst customer service ever. i will never go there again. and they dont give you cash back its part of the deductible. i now have to get a ... read more
