This would be my second time having to use them this year, first time I was rear ended, second time was from bad hail damage. Both times work was excellent @ office staff is very kind. Hopefully I won't have to go there any time soon but it's always a pleasant experience......
They had my car for 3 1/2 weeks. Two of those weeks were due to my insurance co. taking forever to go and look at some undercarriage damage I incurred during the accident. When I got my car back I thought It would probably ride differently but I was pleasantly surprised, there wasn't any difference . I thank Darren for making sure my insurance company covered everything they were suppose to & the bodywork was awesome too:-)
One of the Best in Town!!! Fritzi helped me out big time with my 1,000 deductible. I'm in between jobs so money is tight. I was able to get my car out without having all the money at the time. They really do work with you, and have a lifetime warranty on everything so I will always be covered , Thank you again Fritzi!!!
Recently had a wreck, but was not at fault. So their cash back policy was what drew us in initially, but dealing with Fritzie in the front office is what made the difference. If they do half as good on our repair as she does with her customer service I'll be a customer for life. I've used them twice, both times work was great and they always help with my deductible.
Best shop every they waived my whole deductible $500 and perfect repair

Great service! Always feel like you've been fairly when I go there.
