Excellent Customer Service and Auto Repair Work – My husband and I have had the experience of working with D-Town on several different occassions. I recommend this Body Shop – I had to take my car to D-Town a couple of times over the past few years. I want to tell you that they were very respectful, patient,courtious, professional, caring and efficient. The staff there put customer care first and understands if situations happen to come up. They constantly called to give me an update on my car progress and returned every phone call if I had to leave a message. worst experience – This company has very poor customer service, they are rude and inconsiderate. D Town had my car for over a month and still has not completed all the work. I had to pay over $400. to rent a car because my Insurance would only pay for the first 30 days. When I asked if they would help pay for the rental, because it took so long for them to fix my car the manger stated (it is not his fault that he was not able to get the parts). I would not recommend... – The customer service was excellent, however, the work performed was very poor. I was in an accident that required the side of my truck to be re-done. I have already had to go back once b/c the window wont stay in place (which by the way, is still not fixed so the door fills up with water every time it rains), the dents they "fixed" are now slowly coming back & they did not put the pinstripe back on although they were paid to do so.
