I have bought my third vehicle from Cale Yarborough Honda and Laurie Barfield has always been my sales person. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me. When I bring my vehicles in for service, I always go into the sales floor to say hi, I am greeted with a big hug from her as if we were family. Got scammed. Beware of deceitful predatory sales and lending tactics. Shameem was the most aggressive disrespectful salesman I have ever worked with and I regret with every once of my being for letting him sell me the car I found, myself! with the help of my own salesman, that I’ve used 3 times prior for a new Honda. I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. In both purchases It was nothing like I experienced with other dealers. No overpriced addon’s just a it was very straight forward price and purchase! Even the F & I dept was great! Very disappointed in Apple Honda. They sold us a CRV with a "fabulous" service package. 6Months later we find that they are not honoring the service package perks because they are short staffed. What??? So basically they promise anything to get the sale. We will be taking this to consume affairs and the better business department. Bill Fusco was our salesman -not happy with the phony sales pitch!!!

BUYERS BEWARE! If I could give this dealership less than one star I would have. Bought a beautiful used Hyundai (cash) from them on 7/24 and as of this post I have only had it in my possession for 1 day! To start with they fraudulently sold me a vehicle with a valid inspection sticker, only to find out that it had a broken steel belt in one of the tires - should not have passed inspection! Saratoga Honda decides to pull out of the purchase deal after I placed a $500 deposit and provided all the necessary documents for a 2021 Honda CRV EX. Why? Ryan, the general manager, stated the vehicle I purchased is not coming in and Honda will not fulfill the order. Next day, I called my salesman, David, and came to learn that the vehicle will be sold to someone locally. Since I don't live in the immediate area, the dealership would not be able to make money off me on possible servicing and future purchases. I am appalled... read more

I brought my 2012 Honda Civic in this morning (10/14/2021) for a B125 service. I have called and written all day about its progress, and had never received any response. Now, I am being told the car has been lost. The Dealership is claiming the car may have never been brought in. I was given a slip of paper to indicate everything was good to go... WTF?!?!? Please excuse the language. I had made an appointment, but had noticed that many others had brought-in their cars at the same time. Respectfully, Jim Ward

My wife and I will never do any type of business with Lia Honda again. I recently purchased a new Accord, and my conversations with Lia personnel led me to believe that the feature I most wanted was included in the package that I ordered.
