Do your shopping!!! We've tried 3 different salesmen at D Patrick, the last two times we've purchased a new Honda...D Patrick's salesmen are just so overbearing!!! The last time, dealing with Chris, took the cake! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! They assumed we were shopping no where else, wanted us to purchase immediately even though we weren't sure which Honda we were interested in! He even texted us in all capital letters! Ass! We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey with the help of Chris Plyley at DPatrick! We were skeptical about finding what we wanted, and weren't willing to buy anything unless we were completely satisfied! Chris made things easy and really took care of us from night one! I purchased a CR-V At D Patrick about a month ago. Delanie made the entire transaction so easy, including setting up my iPhone link, and going over every feature of my new vehicle. What impressed me most was her service after the sale. She has checked in with me multiple times in the past month to make sure I'm happy with the vehicle and font have any questions. If you go to DPatrick I highly recommend Delanie!!
We have always used D Patrick for our service needs. Today we had our 2013 Odyssey in for engine problems. Turns out they covered it under an extended warranty, just turned 160k miles... Great service as usual.
As stressful as car buying can be, I had a blast with Chris Plyley as my salesperson! He was very friendly, energetic, down-to-earth, and took time to understand what I needed from my next car. He achieved all this under the pressure of time, also - my previous car was totaled and time was ticking on my rental car. He helped me walk out with a car the very night I came in despite a couple odds working against me. I'm not going anywhere else for my next car, and neither should you! I highly recommend Jack! We drove 5 hours because we couldn't beat the price and customer service. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this was my best experience. Jack even called the next day to make sure my son and I made it home safe. I cannot say enough about D-Patrick Honda!!
