My wife and I just bought a new CRV from D -Patrick on Dec 29th 2016. Our Salesperson was Brian Swartzentruber and I would rate him a 10 on a good experience. He was very laid back with no pressure and answered all our questions. We our on our fourth Honda and it means alot to feel good after you head home and feel like you got the best deal you could. And we felt that way! If you are looking for a great experience then ask for Brian Swartzentruber.

I have started visiting this dealership after upgrading my earlier Honda Odyssey in 2014 and always found their precise and focused approach in diagnosing the issue at hand. The staff are polite, professional and made my stay the optimal during each service. One suggestion is if the scope of normal service coverage can be extended to Saturday (instead a routine day making the half day), it'll help many busy professionals like me who finds a little challenge in scheduling times during work week. At D-Patrick Honda Service, David, Chuck, Tom, Mary, Denise, and all the rest of the gang are like family to me. Lots of smiles there. I've had my 2000 Insight for almost 17 years, and these people have taken care of this car for almost all that time. Great service, good coffee, and they'll even laugh at my jokes. What's not to like?
