I've taken 4 different Honda's here for service since 2010. David and Chuck are always very helpful. I've never had them try to pressure me into any kind of maintenance or repair that wasn't needed. Anytime something has been suggested they've been able to explain why it was needed and show me what was wrong. The service department is top notch in my book. I will continue to buy Honda's and take them here for maintenance.
