We were just informed by D Patrick Honda that the Acura air bag that's been recalled and needs to be replaced can't be done locally and we have to drive 100 miles to have it fixed. Excuse me but Honda OWNS Acura and my wife and children's lives are at risk because of YOUR faulty product. Seriously??? This is standard corporate BS and we will not stand for it.
Absolute Breach of Contract, DID NOT honor their promise to repair 4WD system on Jeep I bought from them. ABSOLUTELY did not do what was asked in the first place. Forced me to take my vehicle to Expressway 3 times, only paid for one symptomatic repair, ABSOLUTELY refused to back up their own word. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
