I dropped off a snapper push mower at a repair shop 18 months ago. They were only suppose to fix/replace the throttle/choke assembley, because it wasnt cranking without having to manually choke the machine. It took them 13 months to call me and say it was ready. I get there and they changed the carburetor, blades, oil, filter, etc and charged me 330 to do everything EXCPECT FIX THE ASSEMBLY ISSUE! They were very rude once I pointed out they were trying to get over on me. So they gave me the 330 back and took it for another 5... read more
