Had an install scheduled for over a month, was told to come up early, we sat for 3.5 hours without the vehicle being touched. Needless to say, we cancelled our appointment and will not be back.

If you still want it done I will get it taken care of tomorrow morning at 10am and I will push back the rest of our appointments for it. Sorry you had that issue. I am the lead installer and this time of the year with the many remote starts scheduled per day some just take extra time.

You folks are absolutely the best!! Wednesday my old factory car CD player stopped working. It only took one phone call, a drive to Fort Wayne (I live in Warsaw), one hour to get the new one installed, $144.00 for everything!!! What a great experience with friendly and fast service. I am so impressed and will tell all I know about you. My sincere thanks to you. In the future I will not go to anyone else but you.
