Purchased and had my audio setup installed here 3 months ago, had an issue recently and stopped in to see what they could do. I was expecting them to pencil me in the schedule down the road and charge me an arm and a leg, to my surprise they immediately started troubleshooting the issue and had me fully functioning and back on the road in 20 short minutes. 10/10 experience.
I initially got my remote start installed 4 years ago. After some battery issues unrelated to the auto start system I took it back to get it reprogrammed and they did so with no hassle or charge. They have always been very kind and even spoke with my dad and offered some tips on stereo installation. I’ll be returning and recommending them to others!
Great people, helped me a lot with my speakers with no issues, would recommend going here.

As someone who knows little about audio, I walked into their Fort Wayne store sorta nervous thinking I’d have a lot of jargon thrown at me. Well, that didn’t happen as I was met by a fine gentleman by the name of Troy that listened to what I wanted. I just sensed this guy knew a lot about audio.
