So is it just normal procedure for you people to throw in the cost of extra parts without calling for consent? My husband went to pick up our vehicle and there was a charge of $70. Are you freaking kidding me??? We received no call, nothing. So, you just decided that tacking on a $70 fee would be fine and dandy. You didn't even think to get consent. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Had a pair of 12 inch audiopipe BD3s put in by D&B. 2000 watt audiopipe amp. Extra battery. All wiring. Very clean looking. Mounted nicely in the trunk in a Q-bomb box. Haven't had any problems. They bang as would be expected with 2000 watts. Only limitation is the stock alternator which I plan on upgrading before going back to D&B to tackle the interior speakers. I stopped in at d and b sales ready to spend over a thousand dollars on a navi system, backup camera, and remote start. We spoke to a tall blonde haired lady who was extremely rude. She has a way of speaking to you as if you are a infant or some kind of animal. She was eating right in front of us while disrespecting us about the questions we asked. D&B Sales has the most incompetent managers and the worst customer service! You may be happy for awhile...as long as things go well and you don't ask for an exchange. (As you will never get cash back per their policy...which is highly questionable) But just wait until something is wrong with something you purchase.
