Over priced labor, lack of knowledge on products, all around lazy.
I made a purchase last year and attempted to return it. They wouldn’t return the money on my credit card so they gave me a merchandise credit card for a lot of money. I went by to make a purchase today using my store credit in which I was informed that because someone bought out the business, my card was worthless. No offer of reconciling the loss of my funds. They stole that money from me because of poor business dealings. I don’t recommend this business. Get your car audio gear from Crutchfield.com
Explained to me they have a new owner as just last year i tried getting my radio put in at that time they wanted close to 300 to put it in ,came back today to use the 170 dollar gift card that was given to me for the parts i exchanged because i no longer needed them and said it was no longer valid.The staff were friendly other than the new owner seemed a bit unprofessional.

Good prices and a very friendly staff
Had a CD stuck in my CD player for 2 years. No AUX output. Finally couldn't stand listening to radio only and decided to fix. But I live in Cleveland. I waited until I came back to Fort Wayne for a visit to have Brandon fix me up, because I trust him and his work! Thank you!
