Made an appointment and arrived 30 min early to find out that he left early and was unable to see anyone about my shoulder. I would have been charged if I didnt show up, yet he leaves and nothing. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Press fully explained the surgery and what to expect. Elbow surgery was successful. During follow up visit, he provided some goals for me to regain range of motion and encouraged physical therapy. Dr. Press was very supportive throughout the process.
Can't give enough praise! In addition to being super professional, Dr. Press has an excellent compassionate and patient bedside manner. From the first visit, during surgery, and through to later visits. Thank you!
He is very good at keeping you on track of the information he needs and that I need to know. He listens and helps with figuring out the tough calls.
I met Dr Press yesterday for the first time and was impressed! He is very personable and knows the shoulder area well. He laid out my options for treatment in a thoughtful way and eagerly answered all of my questions.
Dr. Press is not only very knowledgeable and adept at his craft, he is also very affable and easy to talk with. It is almost a pleasure to have him stick needles into sensitive joints!
