They are a very nice vet clinic... I went to southern oaks before, and I always had a very long wait, and it seemed like they were always overbooked... But at Cypress lakes, I get in and out fast... The dr always answers my questions... I had to have my 10yr old pittie put down there... They were very sympathetic and made sure I got to tell my girl goodbye, and that I was OK before I left the office... I take my new pup there, and they've been wonderful...
While there was a bit of a wait, the staff was wonderful and Dr. Rivera really listens to her patients' 'parents' concerns to find the best solution for our pets! Even if they are chickens!

They have a great staff that loves their patients and also care about the owners of the patients. The staff is amazing
This place is unprofessional I called to bring in a animal lady have me information went on an lady told me totally different made my son feel as they didn't want his puppy there they only wanted big dogs because that's all he seen. She wasn't nice either. Sorry but it's upsetting.
Since having Samantha and Sweetie I have felt so secure about these vets and they are so caring because I trust them with the dogs.
My cats and dogs loved going here! Staff is so awsome, professional and caring. I moved July 1st out of the area and very sad to have to change vets! Will miss Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital!
