Awesome office. Clean in waiting room and in exam rooms. Staff very patient, kind and professional. Doctor is wonderful and kind.
If I could give this place a no star I would. Waited over 30min to even be in a room and then the vet we saw was a joke! Talked about surgery on a very very old dog who has already had heart failure issues and then suggested we see a different vet at the practice because she didn't know what to tell us. By the time we left I wanted to hit my head on the wall because of how pointless and clueless the appointment was!
Thank you Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital for being such a wonderful and compassionate team to our dear Tank and my family. I am forever grateful that you took all appropriate steps and exhausted all efforts in saving our beloved dog. Thank you all for being so kind, gentle and caring to us and our sweet gentle giant who was in pain. We will appreciate you and your kindness forever.
I have taken my cat here several times for a brush out but today was his 1st checkup visit here. He got his wellness exam and yearly shots. Everyone is extremely nice and he was checked from head to toe.They asked questions and asked me if I had questions. This will be our permanent Vet. I love how they treated my cat. I have found some Vets who rush through and hurry on cats but not here. I highly recommend this place. Their prices are very reasonable also.
They did a nice job with Bruno yesterday, and Staff is very professional!
I absolutely love my vet. The staff is extremely friendly and they all love my dogs. I get mailed reminders for standard precedures, and it's always a quick in and out. Very clean facility and fun fact, my vet actually saved my dog's life with an extremely intense complicated surgery, and was the ONLY one out of four different Vet's offices I took her to that could figure out what was wrong. Let's just say... I wouldn't take my best friends/furry children to anyone else!
