The front office staff were so warm & welcoming when I first started taking my pets there. Then suddenly there were new staff. The woman who made my appointment over the phone spoke to me like I was an idiot. This same person was at the desk when I checked in. She was so impersonal bordering on rude. That was my last visit to this clinic. I hope the new owner will recognize the front desk staff give the first impressions of the business. I’m happy going to another vet that is closer to home.
I really like the doctor and staff. Everyone is so concerned and thoughtful.
Our 6 month old puppy has been very sick the last two weeks following a surgery done at a different vets office. I took him here for a second opinion and Dr.Riddel saved his life. He didn’t give up until he narrowed down this rare issue. We definitely give them 5+ stars for compassion and affordability.
Nice clean place, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I have zero concerns about taking my pets there 🐕🐕🐕
We recently moved from California and we were in need of a Vet for our Charli and the moment we walked in I knew this was going to be the perfect place. The entire staff is AMAZING !!!!!
