vet did amazing with my bully c section. took in 9 pups for well check and worked me in.
Took my puppy to them for vaccinations and suture removal they left multiple stitches in ears and were unable to remove two due to growing into her skin every three weeks I was following up they never would schedule follow up visits my dog was late for shots because they failed to schedule next appt then when I got her an appointment 10 days after shots were due they refused to see her because I didn’t drop her off 9am. My dog has appointment today and I feel like most of the staff is nice and friendly. However, we waited in the car for forty minutes to get my card back for payment after my dog was seen. I called and spoke to a girl who brought the wrong card out to my car. Had to call back and spoke to girl who was not nice. I was told they had my card and tried to find my car twice. If that’s the case, call me. I said I’m in a Black car right near the front door. She came out and went to a white car without going to any others and then st... read more
Brought in one of my dogs for his annual physical. Doctor found out he had a heart murmur. She explained everything very thoroughly. I have every confidence in them.
Paid 400 plus dollars for a misdiagnose on my fur baby. Took my cat to Southern Oaks Animal Hospital just for them to give me a list of things wrong with my animal. Don’t recommend this Animal Hospital for any fur babies. Stay safe!
I feel like my dog gets very good care. I know I receive very good service and their prices are totally reasonable compared to some other vets I have used in this area.
I just moved here and my old vet did not correctly diagnose my dog having a skin issue. Yes we waited what seemed like forever due to the Corona virus however, once we were seen Dr. Wheeler took the time to really have a look at my dog and Prescribe the correct medication. In less than 24 hours my dog is already showing signs of improvement. The staff was pleasant and you can tell that they are definitely spread thin due to the coronavirus but they are trying and still being extraordinarily polite. Iris and I thank you so mu... read more
Caring and friendly staff. I've taken two of my animals for more than 10 years. The Staff and Dr. Riddell were very caring when I said goodbye to my 17yr old baby. We appreciate your love you gave him over the years!❤
I really wanted to like it here, I gave chance after chance to no avail. Does not communicate well, does not return calls when waiting on very important (and expensive) test results. Friendly enough, though not reliable. Not a good experience overall. $650 later, some meds my dog didn’t need, a refused fecal test, I’ve moved on to a different office.
