Vet Nathan Riddell should not be trusted with animals, or customers for that matter. Not only did he screw up a dog’s surgery by cutting the wrong area, & failing to remove one of the tumors detailed in their procedure plan, but then he has the nerve to argue with the pup’s owner, & try to normalize his major error. His customer was understandably upset, so Nathan decided to call her stupid, in attempt to smooth things over. This Vet is unprofessional, irresponsible, & aggressive. Don’t let this happen to your pet!
these people are incompetent and dont know how to do their job. they cause more harm then good and is costing more money to fix something they shouldve been able to do. I recommend you taking your family pet else where. I'm sure with the rate they are going they will soon be shut down and will be seeking legal action against them.

You botched my friends dogs surgery, refused to accept responsibility for your error and then then had the audacity to call her stupid!!! How How dare you!! I hope the Veterinary board strips you of your license so that you can not harm any other poor defenseless animals. Shame on you!!!
RecommendedIf you want people who really care for your furbaby and not pretend to care for the money...then this is the vet for you. Awesome staff wonderful doctor love it.

Dr. Ridell is great and his staff is outstanding.
The staff and Dr. Riddell are amazing. Took in my Daisy Mae today and they were nothing but wonderful to her. Thank you so much for your help and kindness with my sweet girl.
