This apartment complex has been my home for many years. I grew up here and moved away but as soon as i got out on my own this is the first place i came to. The office staff is absolutely amazing! They are always sweet. Its 100 percent better than its ever been with Mrs. Kelly managing. Its home.
Kelli and Jessica are amazing!! Really they go out of their way to help you!!
loved our stay there, just moved out of state. office are such nice folks, repairs done quickly. our only complaint was that the last manager didn't change our carpet before we moved in. otherwise, things were great. loved the pool area.
Best place I've ever lived, including my parents' house! Kelli and Martin keeping this place spic and span and everything running like a dream. Community is friendly. Property is very clean and attractive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The Oaks is the best place to live in Gulfport!! We loved it.. They have the BEST people running it.. Mrs. Kelly, Jessica, & Martin are some awesome people.. NEVER had a problem that wasn't fixed within a few hours.. Was sad that we had to move because of work we will never forget yall!!
I have lived at the Villa Maria since 1/29/16 and I have been so pleased with my apt. It is so nice and clean, was totally remodeled prior to my moving in and the maintenance staff keeps it up very well. The front desk office staff are highly proficient and friendly. I recommend this apt home to any senior age 62 and older in the MS coast area.
