Excellent place to live current management making many improvements I recommend this property to anybody
my boyfriend lived here before and loved it. so when we were looking for an apartment, he brought me here. it was an easy decision when we got to see an apartment. open floor plan, big kitchen, laundry room. big bathroom and even bigger bedroom! i love the high ceilings. makes it look bigger! plenty of natural light from the huge windows and the sliding glass door to your own private balcony. we got lucky and have a fireplace in ours. it brings in more character to the apartment :) the staff in the front office is wonderful!... read more
The property overall is very nice and is in a great location. I've met and made friends with some wonderful long time residents. The on site manager, Carmen has always been very nice and professional. So has Danny the maintenance man. I cannot however say the same thing about the leasing agent. Craig Bounds with SunStates Management might consider randomly visiting the property and meet some of the residents. The best feedback available.
This is a wonderful place to be!! I love it here!! Great job!
