I’ve been going to the Cypress Inn for years ! Christmas with family friends and dogs Lakota and Abbey were memorable � I will be visiting soon with Sadie, my Labradoodle graduate from Aly’s Puppy Boot Camp� She’s going to love the ambiance of the hotel and the charming village of Carmel! It’s always been my healing place �

Our party was seated on the patio today and felt like we were an after thought! Service was very slow with no refills on beverages unless asked. We ordered the "tea" which included tea selection, a ready made tray of sweets and savories. The quality of the pastries were better than the sandwiches which were a disappointment and average at best. I'm a local and am not sure I will return.
