I been going to the Cypress for many years bring my dog for lunch we always had great service. This last Sunday Sept. 3rd I have terrible service, I was embarrassed since I was taking a friend for her first time to "Terri's Lodge she was not impress at all, she was very unhappy with service too. Not sure if I would return..
