Being a local affords the opportunity to visit the Cypress Inn regularly and to me it is the essence of Carmel. The history, the feelings and memories are entrenched in this building. It may be old but it is still the Grand Dame of Carmel. The service is top notch and the kitchen produces wonderful dishes with the highest standards.
