Cypress Grove has a variety of very good cheeses. Humboldt Fog being one of them. I really like Lamb Chopper a lot though.
Humboldt Fog is an amazing cheese that I recently discovered while shopping for specialty cheeses in our local supermarket! Out of the 5 cheese varieties I offered to our guests, Humboldt Fog was the absolute winner, most popular! I became a regular consumer of this amazing, cake-like layered, artisanal cheese! What I learned about the treatment of the goat herd from the creamery's web site was also very reassuring. Wow. Picked up Humboldt Fog at Whole Foods on Friday. Went back Saturday for more, and threw some Purple Haze in the cart while I was as it. It’s Sunday night. Both are gone; I’m never looking back.
