Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor is absolutely out of this world delicious. I let it melt on my Elk tenderloin steak and it was Pure Heaven at its best!!! XOXOXO
If you love cheese and true sustainable foods of excellence, well this is the stuff for you. The consistency over the years is amazing for an ag product, or any product. Humboldt Fog is a lovely creamy delight with just the right amount acidity and dry creaminess to make you feel loved. The new remix dill is my current favorite cheese. They are great though, so give them a try if you have not. How they acquire their milk and tend the land and animals is also quite wonderful, check them out!
Humboldt Fog cheese is the most amazing, delicious goat cheese. It is very complex, from the vegetable ash rind, to the cream layer (like a triple cream brie) to the blue cheese thin mold that horizontally crosses the middle. It pairs well with apple, honey and praline nuts. I love that it is also a goat cheese! If I could buy stock in this company I would. Now I want to try all your cheeses!
Crazy good, much like an aged Gouda but with less bite. I prefer mine chilled.
Humbolt Fog raises the bar for cheese. It's exquisite. It's really a ten (out of five) star cheese.
I’ve never been a fan of goat cheese until I tried Humboldt Fog. Now it’s my favorite cheese and the Truffle Tremor is outstanding as well. Humboldt fog is light and bright and not too earthy. I’ve enjoyed it on crackers and in recipes. I can’t get enough. Truffle Tremor is a real treat. I enjoyed that with honey and it tastes like decadence. I can’t wait to try Cypress Groves other varieties.
