RecommendedJust this past spring we went to the Seattle Chocolate Festival. while sampling all the chocolates out there we came acrossed a small little cheese company. There was a cheese called the Humboldt Fog. maybe it was just the contrast and taste to all the chocolate that would be too had but this Humboldt Fog made me weep. I'm not a girly boy and I don't cry but this cheese was marvelous. guess what the wife got me for my birthday present and I'm absolutely delighted, I 1 pound log and this cheese is marvelous as it ages.

Best cheese I have EVER had. If you want to impress your houseguests during the holidays this is the cheese to buy!
Omg tried a few flavors in Chicago at a Cider Fest a few months ago. The one i remember most(and wanting more of) was a Truffle Goat cheese. I was SOOO excited to find a few flavors at Mars Cheese Castle in my home town of Kenosha Wisconsin. I picked up Psychadillic. Its amazing. Going to go back and pick up more and beg they order more flavors!
