RecommendedMy first Cypress Grove was Humboldt Fog. My most recent love is Purple Haze. Or whatever variety is at hand.
fantastic cheese, have to order as Publix doesn't carry the FOG. I eat a whole log of goat cheese, so tasty. meeting my sister in Destin for holidays, i promised to bring Humbolt.

Went to the Bloody Mary tasting in Denver today and had a taste of the lamb chopper finally a cheese I LOVED. Absolutely the best cheese I’ve had since no being able to have dairy...Im not a fan of goat cheese but I also tried your goat cheese it is very good!

The most amazing beautiful cheese I've ever seen or tasted
I first experienced them at the Stone Brewing Anniversary parties. They are top notch and absolutely wonderful. The cheeses and their knowledge is awesome. My personal favorite is the Purple Haze
acquired some at facerock creamery in Brandon or, loved the psycadillery goat cheese on some apples
